taffeta -PRO- bamboo and wooden tableware is compatible with "dishwashers with drying function," which have more stringent conditions than commercial dishwashers.


▪ Wash, rinse, dry: 120 minutes per cycle (including 80℃ rinse: approx. 35 minutes)
This was performed 30 times = total 3,600 minutes (including 80℃ rinse total 1,050 minutes)

Result ⇒ No change in waterproofing/water repellency
*Commercial dishwashers usually have a cycle of about 1 minute. Washing and rinsing only (rinsing up to 85℃ for about 5 seconds / no drying)

☆This test is equivalent to 3,600 cycles. It clears more severe conditions, including the drying process.

原材料えらび

各ブランドで使用される素材はSDGsの理念のもと、状況に応じて「環境負荷の少ない木材（樹種）」を都度厳選し、原材料として使用しております。
・天然孟宗竹（中国）
・ビーチ（欧州）
・ハードメープル（北欧）
・ラバーウッド（東南アジア）など

「竹」育成してます

なかでも、竹は最小限の土地で繰り返し利用可能な天然資源。自社で保有する中国江西省の竹山（新宿区と同等面積）で育成・管理し、収穫を行います。軽くて丈夫、抗菌・殺菌・脱臭効果をもつ竹は食器への加工に最適、かつ、環境問題の一因である森林伐採を抑制する有効な資源活用法のひとつです。

自然派塗装

独自開発のコーティング技術「ロハスコート」を実施。天然素材が持つフィトンチッドの効果を最大限に活用し「大腸菌・黄色ブドウ球菌の抑制」を実証しております。

製造の仕上げはひとつひとつ丁寧な磨き作業。口あたり、手ざわりともにツルすべ滑らか。天然素材ならではの暖かみのある質感と、ツヤを抑えた品のある仕上がりは大きな特徴です。素材選定から始まり、製材、削り出し、コーティング、研磨、それぞれの工程ごとにこだわりがあるからこそ完成する食器です。
