<Test conditions>
▪ Washing, rinsing, drying: 120 minutes per cycle (including 80°C rinse: approx. 35 minutes)
This was performed 30 times = total 3,600 minutes (including 80°C rinse total 1,050 minutes)

Result ⇒ No change in waterproof/water-repellent performance
*A commercial dishwasher usually takes about 1 minute per cycle, only washing and rinsing (rinsing max 85°C, approx. 5 seconds / no drying)

☆This test is equivalent to 3,600 cycles. It has cleared even harsher conditions, including the drying process.

・Durability test submerged in 85°C water for 240 minutes ⇒ Passed

Our independently developed fine spray coating gun and equipment have significantly improved the adhesion and strength of the paint to the wood base. As a result, it can be safely used in commercial dishwashers and household dishwashers/dryers.

Thanks to our independently developed patented "layered coating" technology, you can use it with confidence even with richly colored dishes or oily foods, as there will be no absorption.
* Color transfer may occur with dishes containing a lot of spices, such as curry. Exposure to sunlight for a few hours can alleviate color transfer, but be careful not to expose it for too long as it may cause fading.

We have requested a dissolution test from a third-party public institution (Japan Food Research Laboratories) and confirmed its safety.
