taffeta -PRO- bamboo and wooden tableware is suitable for use in dishwashers and dryers, which have stricter conditions than commercial dishwashers.

Test conditions
▪ Wash at 50°C / rinse at 80°C / dry at 60°C for 3600 minutes
Result: "No change in waterproof/water-repellent performance"
Commercial dishwashers usually only do one cycle of washing and rinsing, which lasts about one minute (rinse at a maximum of 85°C for about 5 seconds, no drying).

[High temperature test]
・Durability test in which the product was immersed in 85 degree hot water for 240 minutes ⇒ Passed

Bamboo and wood are stronger than ceramics and glass, and can withstand strong water pressure. A special coating technique that allows paint to penetrate the inside of the bamboo and wood vessels, and a strong multi-layered water-repellent coating that covers the surface multiple times. Thanks to our proprietary patented technology, "layered painting," dark-colored dishes or oily foods will not soak through, so you can use it with confidence.
* Dishes that contain a lot of spices, such as curry, may cause discoloration. The discoloration can be eliminated by exposing the product to sunlight for a few hours, but please note that prolonged exposure may cause sunburn.

We have requested a third-party public institution (Japan Food Analysis Center) to conduct leaching tests to confirm safety.
