A tray designed specifically for wagashi (Japanese confections).

Add a touch of meticulous detail to your hospitality scenes or break times.
Of course, it is also stackable.

The texture of rubberwood has a slight sheen, is smooth and silky, with a rustic feel. It features distinct wood grain and small indentations. This material develops a beautiful luster with use.

*This product is dishwasher safe.

Compatible with commercial dishwashers!

taffeta -PRO-'s bamboo and wooden tableware are compatible with dishwashing "dryers," which have stricter conditions than commercial dishwashers.

▪ Washing, rinsing, and drying: 120 minutes per cycle (including 80℃ rinsing: approximately 35 minutes)
This was performed 30 times = total of 3,600 minutes (including 80℃ rinsing total of 1,050 minutes)

Result ⇒ No change in waterproofing or water repellency
*A commercial dishwasher typically has a cycle of about 1 minute. Washing and rinsing only (rinsing is a maximum of 85℃ for about 5 seconds / no drying)

☆This test is equivalent to 3,600 cycles. It has cleared even harsher conditions, including the drying process.

Color transfer and staining?

Thanks to our proprietary patented "layered coating" technology, you can safely use our products without worrying about dark or oily foods penetrating the material.
* Color transfer may occur with dishes that use a lot of spices, such as curry. Exposure to sunlight for several hours can eliminate color transfer, but please be careful not to expose it for too long, as it may cause fading.
