"Salon Art Shopping" at Paris
After the event, we will visit Switzerland to discuss business with our customers.
It's about 30 minutes by train from Zurich main station, but it's surrounded by nature and has a very stylish townscape.
It was my first time in Switzerland and I was worried about whether I would be able to make it, but we managed to complete the business negotiations without any problems.
The demand for natural material products is increasing year by year in Switzerland. However, quality standards are very strict in Europe, including Switzerland.
We sent samples of our products to them a few months ago for testing. The results were of course good, and we immediately received a large order, which is why we visited them this time.
Apparently, out of the products of dozens of companies that were tested, only two or three, including RIVERET's products, passed the test.
I wasn't particularly worried because Japan's quality standards are just as strict as those in Europe, but I was surprised when I heard the pass rate.
I feel motivated to work even harder to use Switzerland as a foothold to spread RIVERET's natural material products further into Europe.
The air is clean and nature is abundant. I left imagining what interesting products could be made from the wood here.
That said, the quiche and soup I had at the Swiss cafe were delicious!
