Full inspection

All products manufactured by agney* undergo visual and tactile inspection at each stage: after raw materials are used, after molding, after painting, after polishing, and before packaging.
We sometimes use a magnifying glass to check for fine scratches on wood and bamboo. Even the smallest scratches and cracks can affect the quality of the product, so we need to pay close attention.
Color Matching

Both the bamboo and wood are natural materials, and even the same type of wood will have slightly different colors. When we ship plates or bowls as a set, we try to ship items of similar color as much as possible.
Inspection of bowls and mugs

Coating natural materials requires very delicate work.
Even with the same coating process, the finish will vary depending on the moisture content of each material and the density of the wood.
All bowls and cups are inspected by filling them with water, and any that fail are reprocessed, repainted, or discarded.
Gift wrapping and gift tags

Agney* products are often used as gifts for loved ones, and the process is diverse, including inspecting the gift materials, assembling the gift boxes, and creating the gift tags.
Message cards and gift wrapping

We work carefully, thinking about things like message cards to convey important thoughts and gift wrapping ribbons to convey feelings.
