The RIVERET corner has begun to open at the New York select shop J+B DESIGN.

J+B DESIGN
This shop in Park Slope, Brooklyn, operates under the concept of JAPAN + BROOKLYN design and sells Japanese art, traditional crafts, and innovative design products.
Together with the adjacent BROOKLYN BEAUTY/FASHION LABO (BBFL), this store brings together nature and sustainability-based lifestyle brands in the Brooklyn district of New York. Bringing together international artists and designers, it not only sells products that are in line with nature and sustainability, but also operates a cafe and salon, hosts regular gallery shows, live performances and open studios.

The concept is very similar to RIVERET's and we are honored to be able to take part in this exciting project.

About J+B Design

J+B Design is made up of the "J" from "J-Collabo" and the "B" from "Brooklyn Beauty/Fashion Labo."

J-Collabo ( https://www.j-collabo.org ) is a non-profit organization approved by New York State that has been operating since 2008 with the aim of introducing traditional Japanese culture to New York.

In 2014, we opened a store in Park Slope and began test marketing to Japanese companies in response to requests from small and medium-sized businesses and local governments that we had come into contact with through our previous activities.

In 2015, we also launched Brooklyn Beauty/Fashion Labo ("BBFL") with the goal of introducing unique Brooklyn products and artworks to Brooklyn and New York. BBFL had a soft opening of its own store in Shinkiba, Tokyo in the fall of 2018, and is working towards a grand opening this summer.

There are two separate projects underway: J-Collabo, which is from Japan to Brooklyn, and BBFL, which is from Brooklyn to Japan.
J+B Design is the main store that serves as the base for both projects.

Currently, we curate and sell products from Japan and the United States with sustainability as our keyword.

J+B DESIGN is an unique showroom located in Park Slope, Brooklyn that features contemporary Japanese products inspired by traditional craftsmanship and innovative design. J+B DESIGN provides a space for talented Japanese artisans and passionate Japanese companies that do business in the US.

J+B Design, which located besides BROOKLYN BEAUTY/FASHION LABO stands for Japanese and Brooklyn designs. they also have a sustainable selection of crafts that we carefully curated from New York (mostly from Brooklyn). We have created a community with designers and artists who devote themselves to make unique and sustainable products made to support our philosophy below.
