●About the design

Agny's exclusive design team handles branding in a variety of ways, from product design to content creation such as web content, illustrations, DTP, photography, and videography.

Product development is based on designs that are ingeniously designed to be cute, fun, and easy to use, with designs that take into account factors such as strength and production efficiency.

Photography is also done in our in-house photography space. Once we have all the materials, we create designs for the website, catalogs, etc. By creating all of the designs ourselves, we are able to foster a unified brand image.

●Craftsmanship

The processing techniques of Agni tableware are the result of years of research and development by our craftsmen through trial and error! They practice every day to create techniques that cannot be imitated by others.

For example, the "Jigsaw Plate" can be freely arranged like a puzzle, and the "Home Lunch Box" can be neatly stacked. These are true artisanal skills! They even modify the woodworking machines used to make them. With this kind of meticulous technique, the ideal tableware is born.

Agni tableware is carefully crafted by hand, one by one, and is extremely smooth to the touch and mouth. It conveys the warmth that only natural materials can provide.

● Support system

To ensure that our customers can use our products with peace of mind, we offer a 6-month Agnie Support Warranty System in case of an emergency. Even after the product is shipped, our staff will take responsibility for handling your needs.

If a defect occurs under normal use conditions following the prohibitions and precautions listed in the instruction manual, we will promptly exchange the product even if it has been used within 6 months from the date of purchase! The instruction manual clearly states this so that the recipient can easily contact Agny directly.

●LOHAS COAT (natural paint)

LOHAS COAT is a proprietary coating technology that has been proven to suppress E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus through the synergistic effect of paint containing natural green tea ingredients and the phytoncides naturally found in bamboo.

All Agny tableware is produced using this new technology, LOHAS COAT, which allows us to produce tableware made from natural materials that are safer and more secure.

The six-layered, proprietary coating (food hygiene law compliant paint) penetrates deep into the bamboo, so it can be used without problems with dark-colored dishes or oily foods. The unique coating technology and careful polishing make it smooth to the touch.

And best of all, this technological development has made it dishwasher safe! (Recommended temperature: 70 degrees or less. Dishwasher detergents containing bleach or abrasives cannot be used.) Of course, you can wash it with a sponge and neutral detergent just like you would with regular dishes.

Laser system

A precision laser engraving system that allows for more uniform and detailed expression. Since we engrave delicate logos and patterns in-house, we can ensure that the design matches your imagination.

Custom-made name engraving. Our proprietary laser processing system produces clearer images and minimizes unevenness in shading. Laser processing does not use ink, so it does not destroy the natural feel of natural materials.

Since this is a product that is often chosen as a gift, you can have up to three lines of name inscription. We also support various symbols. You can create a one-of-a-kind original dish.

●Careful inspection

Agny's tableware is handmade from natural materials. Therefore, unlike plastic or ceramics, there will always be variations in the color and shape of the material itself. However, Agny does not compromise! We inspect our products thoroughly and with a particular attention to detail in order to deliver better products to our customers with confidence.

First, we check the exterior. We use a magnifying glass to thoroughly check for dents, scratches, splinters, etc. We also perform a palpation test to ensure that even small scratches that cannot be found by appearance are not overlooked!

Next comes color matching. Natural materials have a variety of colors depending on the growth and part of the material. Therefore, when making sets, we select pieces with as similar colors as possible and group them together. This may seem mundane at first glance, but it is in fact the most important part of the inspection process! The subtle uniformity of colors creates a sense of luxury in the tableware.

Of course, we check the quality of the name engraving rigorously! Laser engraving on natural materials can easily cause fading or uneven coloring depending on the part of the material. However, Agni's proud laser processing craftsmen do not give up! With exquisite output control, they engrave the name clearly.

Finally, we check each item for water stains and leaks. Since Agnee tableware is dishwasher safe, it is unlikely that anything will fall off at this stage. However, we are extra careful and check thoroughly without cutting corners.

Oh, and don't forget. We also check the packaging for scratches and dirt. In order to be chosen as a "gift that can be given with confidence"! The gift box is also an important element.
